Internationally-renowned expert on the Armenian Genocide Vahakn Dadrian published a scientific research “The Armenian Genocide as a double issue of national and international law” in “Journal of Law and Public Policy”, University of St. Thomas School of Law.

The research work focuses on the trials conducted by the Ottoman Government at the beginning of Kemal movement, which can completely break Turkey’s line of denial.

Dadrian writes that the legislative, executive and judicial systems of Turkey applied the formula “crime against humanity.” The scholar proves that the trials have paved the way for Nuremberg Trials when the Nazis were charged with “crime against humanity.”
