Number of Facebook users in Armenia reaches 105 640 people as of January 4, says the report of the social networking website.

In early January 2011 the number of users has increased by 4.51% (4760 users) as compared with early December 2010. The number of Facebook users in Armenia doubled within 6 months.

Armenia is ranked 124 among the countries using Facebook. The website is used by 3.56% of Armenia’s population, 55% of users are women, 45 % - men. Most users of Facebook - 44% - are among the age group of 18-24.

The top five includes U.S., Indonesia, UK, Turkey and France. The total number of Facebook users totals 584098900 people.
