On the anniversary of the Sumgait pogroms, the youth organizations of the Armenians of Canada held a march in front of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Ottawa, Canada.

The event was attended by over 150 young people from Toronto and Montreal, representatives of Armenian organizations in Canada.

The procession was attended by members of the federal Parliament of Canada Nicole Demers (Quebec Bloc), John Karidzhanis (Liberal Party) and former Speaker of the Parliament of Ontario, David Warner, who delivered speeches denouncing the anti-Armenian policies of Azerbaijan.
