Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan took part in the 8th international economic forum "Bridge" in Tsakhkadzor, Feb. 25.

In his speech at the forum, the Armenian Premier said that the forum should focus on finding the ways of ensuring macroeconomic stability in the post-crisis period, the RA Government’s press service told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“Reasonable people gather to determine modern-day problems and innovative solutions to them,” the Armenian Premier said. He pointed out the importance of the forum and the need for open and sincere discussions. Premier Sargsyan added that three years ago the Armenian Government advanced an initiative to modernize the Armenian education system, build up new society and economy based on knowledge.

The Armenian PM also took part in the roundtable on the role of business in developing Armenia’s economic strategy.

The forum has been organized under the auspices of the Armenian Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
