TBILISI. – The “king of football” Pele will arrive in Georgia in November, Georgian Pirveli agency reports.
Pele will start his tour as an Ambassador of the FIFA World Cup 2014 from Tbilisi. Then he will visit France, Germany and Britain, the agency reports. Youth football teams of Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina will accompany Pele. The teams will hold four plays with Georgian youth team.
The chairman of the International Foundation for Culture, Sports, Tourism and Business, Niko Patarkalishvili initiated the visit of Pele. FIFA World Cup will be held in Brazil in 2014.
