YEREVAN.- A man injured in a shoot-out in Poland’s capital is a citizen of Georgia, not Armenia, spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The incident occurred between Georgians, and the injured man is a citizen of Georgia, said deputy chief of Warsaw police Robert Baltis.
Earlier Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper reported the injured is a citizen of Armenia. A man was injured in a shoot-out in the center of Poland’s capital. An unknown fired at the passer-by. Police use a helicopter to find the criminal.
The Polish newspaper notes that the victim was taken to one of the capital’s hospitals with stomach and arm wounds.
