GYUMRI. – Rafik Gevorgyan, 57, got frozen and died in Armenian Gyumri city.

One of the Gyumri citizens found the man outside. Police and doctors transferred him to the morgue, police press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The man had no permanent place of residence. According to initial data, he was divorced and died of frostbite.
