YEREVAN – The 2011 was an eventful working year for Armenia and we cannot deny that much has been done in the domestic and foreign policy spheres, Rule of Law party’s vice chair and parliamentary group leader Heghine Bisharyan informed the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am and added that there are still many problems in the country, which need to be solved and are being solved.

“We are going to start 2012 with a very eventful period by entering the pre-election phase. I think that the coming year should be more eventful meaning there should be more new pre-election programs, new proposals and I am sure if there should be success political forces will keep and realize their promises,” Bisharyan said.

Talking about political chances of last year the MP mentioned that the rallys organized on the Freedom Square may be considered to be somewhat of an achievement for the opposition.

“The opposition had the chances to make real moves. I must say that there were very favorable times. We have also been opposition and in our time conditions were not favorable for the opposition. In 2011 people who had been convicted for different reasons were released,” she added.

Bisharyan also mentioned that she gives great importance to the authorities-opposition dialogue because according to her that is a much better course to adopt than senseless opposition.

“The fact that the opposition’s demands to organize their rallies where and when they want are being satisfied is a great step forward for the oppositional forces .I think it is necessary to point that out,” MP said.

Bisharyan also added that she did not think that any unions will be formed before the elections in the opposition or in the government.

“All forces may receive very good votes due to their work. I think all of them will work independently. I see the same in the opposition field. There are forces that have been formed during years and it is difficult to combine different ideas and moves in one union. I think that all main political forces will participate in the elections independently,” said Bisharyan.
