YEREVAN. – All the perspectives that the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan offered and promised for Armenia’s foreign policy, suffered fiasco in 2011, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) member Vladimir Karapetyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“I can see no achievements in any direction, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement is in dead-lock,” Karapetyan said.

According to him, Armenian-Turkish relations, thanks to the ‘skillful’ policy, were reduced to a very low level. There is zero trust, as a result of Sargsyan’s policy.

In response to the report, whether there are any opportunities for the situation to improve, Karapetyan said that there are after the incumbent authorities of Armenia leave.
