YEREVAN. - Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan plans to spend New Year Eve at home with his family but prior to it he will accompany President Serzh Sargsyan in his trip to the state border where they will congratulate Armenian soldiers.

“I always try to celebrate New Year in a good mood. My wife usually does all the preparations and I try to help as much as I can,” he told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The Minister said he celebrates New Year in a military unit with soldiers who are on duty then comes home to spend time with his family and finally visits his parents.

“Final settlement of the Karabakh conflict, peace and prosperity for all the citizens – these are my three wishes,” he said.
