Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Tehran was summoned to Iranian MFA, on Sunday, where he was given a protest note demanding an end to the Israeli special forces’ anti-Iranian activities in Azerbaijan, MFA’s statement informs, according IRNA News Agency.   

The note also speaks about the anti-Iranian propaganda, which the Azerbaijani media disseminates on a regular basis, the Iranian organizations’ problems in Azerbaijan, and the Iranian trailers’ prohibition to travel at the Astara-Baku Highway. Tehran calls upon Baku to “stop its unfriendly demeanor toward Iran,” MFA statement reads, ITAR-TASS News Agency informs.
