YEREVAN. – Judging from Wednesday’s trend at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, the US dollar’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), is again entering the “increase” phase. 

As a result of the day’s trading at the stock exchange, the dollar’s average exchange rate comprised AMD 388/$1, which is a 0.04-percent—or a 0.14-point—rise from Tuesday. And at the end of the trading session, the dollar’s offer reached all the way until AMD 389/$1     

The total sales were $1.6 million.

So far, there are no substantial changes in the exchange rates at Armenia’s cash foreign currency market. The exchange offices buy the dollar at AMD 387/$1 and sell at AMD 388.5-389/$1.
