Armenian police explains mistake in electoral lists

YEREVAN. – The Armenian police have reacted to the publications of the media according to which in the electoral lists of Yerevan’s number 9 electoral district 562 citizens with the name Lusine were listed one after another, the electoral lists were posted on the website of the Armenian Police.

The statement of the police mentioned that a mistake has occurred.

According to the police statement, the lists were given to the head of Yerevan’s number 9 electoral district. An hour after the lists had been given to the district it came out that all the 562 names included in the lists were changed to Lusine. The mistake was corrected on that same day.
