YEREVAN.- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is leaving Armenia for Azerbaijan where he will discuss the Karabakh peace process as well.

In Yerevan, he said the conflict should be settled only through peace talks. Lavrov stressed that the agreement on the negotiating table supposes that the Karabakh people should decide their destiny in the final stage after the surrounding territories are returned and corridor is provided.

In Baku, the Russian FM will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh, Speaker Oktay Asadov and his counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.

The Karabakh peace process, the Caspian issues are on the agenda, Russian MFA said.
