YEREVAN – Not solely the entire Armenian “establishment” participated in the 45th birth anniversary party of coalition government’s junior member Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party Chairman, National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan, Irates De Facto newspaper reports.

“But, also, CSTO [i.e., Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretary] General Nikolay Bordyuzha, along with his wife, arrived in Armenia to congratulate his ‘good Armenian friend’ in person.

“And RF [i.e., Russian Federation] Security [Council] Secretary [Nikolai] Patrushev issued a message of congratulations, [and] had a telephonic conversation with his colleague.

“Former Governor of Kaliningrad [Oblast (Region)], well-known billionaire Georgy Boos, and other influential figures representing the Russian elite also were at the restaurant complex [where the birthday party was held],” Irates De Facto writes.
