YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily has learned that Football Federation of Armenia President, former MP Ruben Hayrapetyan, has commenced a new business activity in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the daily reported. 

“According to information, he has started to have a new hotel complex built in Shushi [city].

“The area where the new complex will be is called Isabulakh Region (Isahak Fountain). 

“Zhoghovurd had written back in June that Ruben Hayrapetyan had football fields built in various villages of Artsakh, and a house adjacent to Shushi’s area called the Green church,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
