YEREVAN. – The agenda of Armenia National Assembly (NA) Speaker Galust Sahakyan’s visit to France is very “hectic,” Chorrord Ishkhanutyun daily reported. 

“Sahakyan went to Paris on a three-day working visit to just attend the closing ceremony of the 2014 fundraising-phonethon of the France Chapter of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund as well as to meet with France’s Senate President Gérard Larcher, NA President Claude Bartolone, and members of the France-Armenia Friendship Group of the Senate.    

“A three-day visit to participate in just three meetings and the closing ceremony of the phonethon is incomprehensible, to put it mildly. Let alone the enormous resources spent from the Armenia State Budget. 

“But, probably, Galust Sahakyan decided to combine the visit with relaxation,” Chorrord Ishkhanutyun wrote.
