YEREVAN. – The courtyard of the Armenian National Assembly building is completely dismantled and new tiles are being laid, Hraparak daily reported.

“Even though it looked pretty well-kept from the outside and it was renovated only recently, the builders were saying that it is ‘time’ to change.    

“But it is noteworthy that while they are beautifying the [NA] courtyard, the parliament sanitary units are in poor condition. There are floors where the toilets do not work at all, and the water becomes a ‘lake’ here at certain hours of the day, [and] flows out of the toilet seats,” Hraparak wrote.
