Former Armenian Ambassador to the United States Lilit Makunts will not go to parliament; she has submitted a statement of recusal. This was reported to Radio Liberty by the Central Election Commission of Armenia.
Recall that earlier, Civil Contract representative Alen Simonyan also announced his refusal of the parliamentary mandate.
