Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reflected on his telephonic conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and noted the further strengthening of relations between Kyiv and Yerevan.
“Now relations between Ukraine and Armenia are becoming even more constructive, and it is important that there is a constant dialogue between us,” Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram.
According to him, during the talk, the two parties discussed the results of Zelenskyy’s recent visit to Armenia, as well as priority directions for further cooperation. Also, the Ukrainian president thanked the Armenian premier for his congratulations on the 975th anniversary of the founding of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra monastery, considering this date important for Christians throughout the region.
“We agreed stay in touch in the future also,” Zelenskyy added.
