The international airports in the southern Saudi cities of Najran and Jizan were hit by attacks, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia announced Tuesday.
“On the evening of October 5, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jizan and Najran International Airport were attacked. As a result, three people were slightly injured and material damage was also caused,” GACA noted on X.
It added that Saudi authorities are still assessing the full extent of the damage.
