YEREVAN. – Compass Group, with their song “Sweetie Baby,” will represent Armenia at Junior Eurovision 2012 Song Contest, which will be held on December 1 in Amsterdam. 

The Armenian national finals just ended, during which seventeen contestants performed.

Andre, who is Armenia’s first-ever contestant in Eurovision Song Contest, and Candy Group, which won Junior Eurovision 2011 held in Armenia, also performed during the show.     

To note, Armenia’s entrant in Junior Eurovision 2012 was selected by a 50/50 combination of SMS voting and a professional jury.

Armenia’s Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan’s daughter, Angelina, likewise was among the contestants.
