YEREVAN. – Armenia’s presidential contender, non-party affiliate and epic poetry specialist, Vardan Sedrakyan arrived in capital city Yerevan’s Election Precinct No. 3/30, to cast his ballot in Monday’s presidential election. He was accompanied by his wife, son, and younger daughter, who became an adult and eligible to vote on the same day.     

To the question as to who had had voted for in the previous presidential election, Sedrakyan responded that he will not say, but added that in 2008 he was a member of the campaign headquarters of—the present day Public Council Chairman—Vazgen Manukyan.  

Vardan Sedrakyan also stated that he expects to win the election, wished everyone a free, fair and transparent election, and added that the voting process does not end on this day.
