YEREVAN. – Friday, June 21, was the anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Police Force. In this connection, an event was held at the Public Order Maintenance Regiment of the Police Force. 

The ceremony commenced with the official opening of the memorial to the fallen servicemen of the Police Force.

Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan, senior officers, guests, and the relatives of the fallen laid a wreath and placed flowers across the memorial wall to the fallen servicemen.           

Also, Gasparyan congratulated the Police Force servicemen on the occasion of this day.

In addition, Vladimir Gasparyan and the Police Force commander presented awards to several servicemen.
