STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding honorary title to executive director of “Regional Medical Unit of Shoushi” Vigen Khachatryan.
He was awarded a title of NKR Honored Doctor for his contribution to the health care sector and professional skills, NKR president's press service reported.
