The Presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus signed a treaty on Eurasian Economic Union which will come into effect on January 1, 2015.
The treaty was signed by Vladimir Putin, Nursultan Nazarbayev and Alexander Lukashenko after the meeting of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Astana, ITAR-TASS reported.
