YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 412/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday, and this makes for an AMD 0.86 drop from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 557.72 (down by AMD 4.47), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.98 (down by AMD 0.05), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 691.58 (down by AMD 2.15), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 16,603.99, AMD 253.13, and AMD 19,193.61, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 4.9 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The American national currency was asked and offered at AMD 410.76/$1 and AMD 411/$1, correspondingly.
