YEREVAN. – Ukraine will sign economic part of Association Agreement with EU in the near future, Ambassador Ivan Kukhta told reporters on Wednesday.
Ukrainian Ambassador recalled that President Poroshenko in his keynote speech said Ukraine had made its choice and is likely to sign the second part of the agreement on June 27.
“Many Ukrainian citizens voted for territorial integrity and European choice of the country during the presidential elections. In his speech, President noted that Association Agreement is a first step on Ukraine's way to join the European Union,” Kukhta said, adding that Ukraine's goal is to become a full EU member in the future.
