Georgia’s signing of the European Union Association Agreement, on June 22 in Brussels, “will not obstruct the process of normalizing Georgian-Russian relations.”
European Commission President José Manuel Barroso stated the aforesaid speaking at an international conference held in the Georgian capital city Tbilisi and devoted to investments in the Georgian economy, reported ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.
Barroso arrived in Tbilisi on Thursday, and he already met with Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili.
