YEREVAN. – The Armenia Road Police inspectors have issued a fine to Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan, and for not fastening his seatbelt in the car.   

Manukyan informed about the aforesaid in his Facebook account and posted a photo of the respective fine and its receipt of payment.

“The paid fine will make my [service vehicle] driver become more attentive toward the safety of his head and notify about fastening the seatbelts. 

“I believe this little incident fits into the logic of Friday the 13th,” the minister wrote.
