YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Diaspora of Armenia was the venue Monday for the official kick-off of the first phase in the Ministry’s Come Home 2014 motherland visiting program for the Diaspora-Armenian youth.
Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan delivered opening remarks and welcomed the young participants in the program.
Hakobyan called on the youth from the Armenian diaspora to make maximum use of this opportunity to make friends with their peers, and to further strengthen their ties with the homeland, Armenia.
A total of 65 Armenian youngsters from five countries are participating in the first phase of the Come Home 2014 program.
