The third day of NATO PA Rose-Roth seminar kicked off in Baku with constant accusations of Azerbaijani side.

Giragorsian, Director of Armenia-based Regional Studies Center, is one of the participants representing Armenia at the event.

Besides, Armenian delegates had to refute ridiculous Azerbaijani allegations of proliferation and narcotics trafficking in Karabakh.

Richard Giragosian is participating in the seminar along with the head of Armenian delegation to NATO PA Koryun Nahapetyan and MP Tevan Poghosyan.
