YEREVAN. – The opposition ruined adoption of two decisions during a special session on Wednesday.

The decision to consider a number of bills in an accelerated mode providing for the second reading in 24 hours after the first one, was put to the vote.

However,  the four non-ruling coalition forces noticed that if they do not participate in the vote, no quorum will be reached. Consequently, the next decision on expedited third reading was not adopted.

Head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Vahram Baghdasaryan, for his part, asked for a 20-minute break probably to find missing colleagues and invite them to the hall.
