YEREVAN. – Armenian parliament speaker Galust Sahakyan violated regulations and did not organize the vote, head of ANC faction Levon Zurabyan told reporters.

He drew attention to the fact that at the beginning of the day Republican Party of Armenia could not organize necessary  vote and assemble in the hall more than half of the deputies.

Therefore, the RPA faction adjourned the vote for 20 minutes and did not organize the vote after a break, contrary to the regulations of the National Assembly.

“You have violated the rules,” Zurabyan said, addressing Speaker.

In response Sahakyan blamed the opposition for ruining a crucial bill providing benefits for IT startups.
