YEREVAN. – Armenian Parliament's special session was interrupted 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time.

This decision was made by Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov after the lawmakers had to wait for Deputy Finance Minister Vakhtang Mirumyan who did not appear in the hall to present a bill.
 
The MPs were waiting for about five minutes in silence, and Sharmazanov had to address representatives of the Cabinet present in the hall.

“I do not know the reasons for your colleague's absence, but we are here to work. We are not obliged to wait forever. I close the meeting, see you at eleven tomorrow,” he said.
