YEREVAN. – Former Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, ambassador Vladimir Kazimirov does not see any new elements in the statement by U.S. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick.

“I have read James Warlick's statement. I even held correspondence. I did not find new elements. 
American Co-Chairs presents his interpretation of the Madrid principles,” Kazimirov said during a press conference on Friday.
 
As reported earlier, OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick delivered a speech at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on Wednesday, during which he presented the six key elements for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
