YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Armenia received an emergency call on Tuesday at 6:03am.
Accordingly, an accident had occurred on Armenia’s M3 interstate highway, a car had turned over, and assistance was in need.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the MES Rescue Service informed.
It was found out that due to mechanical problems, a Nissan with Georgian license plates had tilted on its side while traveling on the Spitak-Yerevan section of the M3 interstate highway.
Before the fire and rescue workers’ arrival on the scene, however, the vehicle was straightened by local efforts.
Driver S. A., 54, and passengers M. A., 51, and A. H., 48—all of whom Georgian citizens—were not injured.
