Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan on Tuesday arrived in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, on a two-day working visit. 

Following the official welcoming ceremony at the NKR capital city Stepanakert Airport, Abrahamyan, accompanied by NKR PM Ara Harutyunyan and several other senior officials, went to the Stepanakert Memorial.   

At the memorial, Armenia’s premier paid tribute to the eternal memory of the fallen Armenian heroes of the Great Patriotic War—in World War II—and the Karabakh War, and he also laid a wreath to their monument.
