YEREVAN. – With a decree by President Serzh Sargsyan, the deadline for the constitutional amendments in Armenia has been pushed back from July 1 to October 15.
The President on Thursday signed a decree, pursuant to which a change has been made in the decree that was adopted on September 4, 2013.
At first, the Constitutional Commission was instructed to submit a constitutional reforms concept to the President by no later than April 20 of this year.
On April 22, however, the deadline was extended until July 1.
