YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.80/$1 in Armenia on Friday, a 0.19 fall from Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 554.12 (down by AMD 2,83), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.86 (down by AMD 0.07), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 698.93 (down by AMD 0.69), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,273.84, AMD  275.33 , and AMD 19,692.83, respectively.

The sales NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange totaled $2.6 million. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 408/$1.
