The leader of the Turkish Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Devlet Bahceli criticized Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan, saying the latter made a show of relations with Israel.

Speaking at the MHP faction conference, Devlet Bahceli touched upon the recent developments involving Turkey and labeled the recent actions against a Turkish vessel as an attack on the Turkish nation, Milliyet reported.

Bahceli stressed the Turkish authorities, particularly Premier Erdogan, have not taken any serious steps over the past seven days except for issuing statements, meeting the victims’ bodies at the airport and visiting the injured at hospitals.
