YEREVAN. – The passengers of Saturday’s canceled flights from Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan to the Russian towns of Rostov-on-Don and Sochi have been offered by the respective airlines to head for their destinations on board Sunday’s flights.

The Russian Donavia and Aeroflot airlines’ office in Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The airlines will cover the costs of night accommodation for these passengers,” the office added.

All flights between Yerevan, Rostov-on-Don, and Sochi have been canceled as of Saturday, 11:30am Armenia standard time.

The reason for the cancelation of flights between Yerevan and Rostov-on-Don is the air disaster that occurred nearby the Rostov-on-Don airport.

And the flights between Yerevan and Sochi were canceled due to bad weather conditions.
