YEREVAN. – President Miloš Zeman of the Czech Republic on Wednesday visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, and wrote: “In memory of Armenian Genocide victims,” in the honorary guestbook of the museum-institute.

In addition, Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Director Hayk Demoyan presented the Franz Werfel Medal and several books to Zeman.

Subsequently, the Czech President planted a tree at the Memory Park of the Armenian Genocide Memorial.

Within the framework of his visit to Armenia, Czech President Miloš Zeman is scheduled to meet with the top officials of the country.

In addition, several documents are expected to be signed.

Also, the presidents of Armenia and the Czech Republic will be on hand at the official opening of the Armenian-Czech business forum in Yerevan.
