Samsung has suspended sales of Galaxy Note 7 smartphones, due to emitting sparks when charging, reports the BBC. The company also plans to call back the previously sold devices. According to Renhap, Samsung will announce about a mass withdrawal of smartphones next weekend or early next week. On August 31, the company announced that it would stop delivering the Galaxy Note 7, as the smartphones are undergoing additional tests of control.
