Google has frozen the development of Project Ara - modular phone project, reports the Reuters referring to other sources.  The news agency implies that Google might not only refuse to release the modular phones, but also sell the patent of Project Ara to another enterprise.

It was expected that the IT giant will introduce modular phones for IT developers in the fall of 2016. The device displayed within the frameworks of Google I / O allowed to make such details noticeable , as camera, audio modules, E-ink- screen, reports the Gazeta.
