A stock value of Facebook dropped by 7.85% to $117.19 after closing of U.S. stock exchange, RNS reported.
Decline in stocks occurred due to the information on possible slowdown in revenues from advertising and publication of company's accounting reports. CFO of Facebook David Wehner said that the growth of revenue from advertising will be slowed down due to limited amount of advertising which Facebook can show to its users, without frightening them off.
In 2017 the company plans large volumes of investments which will lead to strong increase in expenses.
