Twitter was broken for over 20 minutes, Downdetector reported on Monday.
According to the comments on Downdetector website, users from the U.S., Canada and New Zealand had such problems.
Users have also reported about difficulties with access to Twitter on the official page of the social network on Facebook.
Official comments from Twitter have not arrived yet.
