A passenger has sued the China Eastern Airlines and required a condensation of $200 thousand for being hurt by a suitcase that fell on her head, reports News.com.au. 37-year-old resident of Sydney Kalisfena Yegorova says, that she received a brain concussion and neck injury after the accident, and later began suffering from headaches, depression, and other health problems.

The incident took place in March of 2016 in the airplane. According to the passenger, she was sitting in her place, when another passenger, who was trying to fit his suitcase in the luggage drawer, accidentally dropped it on Yegorova’s head.

"It was a shock for me. It was very painful, "said the Australian. She requested the stewardess to bring some ice for her head, but neither her nor the passengers understood English.
