The eruption of the Sicilian volcano Etna was recorded again on Wednesday, TASS reported.

According to the agency, the eruption from the crater on the southeastern slope was accompanied by the release of volcanic ash and lava flow. The new eruption did not affect the work of the international airport of the city of Catania.

Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, is constantly monitored by specialists.
