YEREVAN. – Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory message to his Latvian colleague, Egils Levits, on his birthday, the Office of the President of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
In his message, President Sarkissian expressed a conviction that the cooperation between Armenia and Latvia will continue to strengthen and develop, recording new achievements.
